With one month to go we are getting very excited to meet the baby. We have been attending a birthing class every week and with just one more left that day that we learned about almost 8 months ago seems to be more real.
I have assembled most of the things that we have for the baby and I am convinced that the pack n' play does not fit back into the small bag that the manufacturer claims that it will. I'm fairly mechanically inclined but some of the things that are sold at Babies R' Us probably require an advanced course to assemble.
We are mostly packed for the hospital and plan on putting the car seat in the car this week. According to the birthing class instructor these can be quite complicated to correctly position as well so we plan on getting some expert advice on the topic.
As most of you that have had children already know, Monica grows less comfortable every day and is probably a little more excited to have the baby that at the thought of labor. We have a birth plan and are confident that everything will go well and as planned but that doesn't make the anticipation any less. The baby continues to move and to find those sore spots in Monica's ribs but she's definitely excited about the thought that this discomfort is nearing an end.
She is looking better every day though!!!!
You are right she is looking good. I'm getting really excited to meet baby H. I hope she's as cute as Monica.

ReplyDeleteYou can stop by any fire department and they'll check to make sure the car seat is installed correctly (they may have told you that in your birthing class).
